The Ashford dyes are very easy to use and the colours are clear and bright. These acid dyes are for wool, silk and other animal (protein) fibres. IT’S SO EASY – 10gm of dye powder with 10 Tablespoons of white vinegar will dye 1kg of fibre to full shade.
For smaller quantities 1 level teaspoon of dye powder with 2 Tablespoons of white vinegar will dye 200gms of fibre.
The dyes are safe and easy to use and comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

The best way to ensure you get the perfect colour match is to go with the Rainbow Dye Kit.
You receive the 3 primary colours - Scarlet, Blue and yellow which also contains the instructions on mixing and setting.
