All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed Monday - Friday. You will receive a notification that your order has been processed and also another notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been fulfilled. We love keeping you up to date so if you have an item on back order we will be in touch with updates regarding this also.
We try to keep the full range of Ashford Products on hand for you, however, should an item be out of stock it will be ordered and shipped from our manufactures in New Zealand promptly. Should you happen to order an item that is out of stock you will be notified within 24hours (excluding weekends) of your order - you will be notified of expected stock availability dates.
Our products travel all over Australia using the Australia Post Service. All orders incur a FLAT RATE shipping fee of $20, no matter how large your order.
When will my parcel arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Expected delivery times can vary between 7-10 days as our goods travel Australia wide and also between New Zealand and Australia.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number, you can follow the progress of your parcel by clicking on the tracking information. Any concerns with your order please don't hesitate to contact us and we can assist you.

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not yet arrived. Please do this as soon as you identify there is a problem.
We take great pride in the Ashford products so we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If this does occur please contact us
to let us know and we can organise the return, replacement or refund of the product.
Are my personal details kept private?
Aunt Jenny is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We use this information to process your order and do not provide this information to anyone else. We do not maintain any cardholder information.
