Aunt Jenny is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We use this information to process your order and do not provide this information to anyone else. We do not maintain any cardholder information. We use google analytics and remarketing cookies on our website so that we can improve your experience as a customer and your customer journey. Aunt Jenny does NOT pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
Damaged or lost?
Damage or lost in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not yet arrived.
We take great pride in our Ashford products so we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If this does occur please contact us.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault in the manufacturing of any part of an Ashford product purchased from an authorised Ashford dealer, Ashford Handicrafts New Zealand will replace that part if claimed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
