Enquiries are so easy!

Got a question? Need an answer?

We are here to help!

Service is my mother's middle name - mine was left blank but I did inherit my mother's great ability to "spin a yarn".

We have so many years of experience and such a collective knowledge in our community asking a question these days has never been easier.

There is no need for you to call - we will call you.

Have you looked at our FAQ's? The answer to your question could already have been answered here but if not, the best way to ensure we are able to answer ALL your questions is to send us an email.

Just fill in your enquiry HERE and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

We find that emailing your questions gives you the opportunity to think of ALL your questions before contacting us. It also ensures we can give you the best possible advice and help with your enquiry.

Of course, email is not for everyone. We understand that which is why if you would like to talk to us regarding your purchase then please send a message with your phone contact details and what you would like to discuss and we will ring you.

I look forward to our next yarn.

Cheers Rewa
