Unmercerised Cotton 5/2

Twenty-four fresh colours for 2026

Ashford has refreshed its unmercerised cotton, and I think these are the loveliest colours yet. There are soft neutrals like Natural White, Silver and Mocha, warm Terracotta and Sangria, deep Navy and Forest, and bright, happy Lime, Aqua and Butter. They sit together beautifully, so it's easy to choose a few that work as a set.

Unmercerised cotton has a soft, natural, matte finish. It's a favourite for the things you'll use and wash again and again, like tea towels, napkins and table runners, and it's lovely for scarves and wall hangings too. It suits rigid heddle looms, including the Knitters Loom and SampleIt, as well as table and floor looms.
