Refund Policy

Aunt Jenny believes that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.

Aunt Jenny does not refund the cost of RETURN POSTAGE CHARGES, these will be at the cost of the person returning the goods.

In some circumstances, Aunt Jenny may charge a restocking fee of 7% for items returned for "change of mind" or "incorrect purchase" sales. Circumstances include but are not limited to:

  • Items that have been opened;
  • Items that are unable to fit in a standard Australia Post Prepaid 3kg Satchel (dimensions 405 x 310mm);
  • Items purchased using our After Pay Service.  

You MUST return a product within 25 days from the date of delivery.

If returned goods are not in their original packaging and/or are not in their original condition, i.e has been used, there are signs of assembly or the item is damaged in any way, then Aunt Jenny has the right to refuse a refund but a "partial refund" may be offered. 

Partial refunds can only be determined once items have been received and reviewed. 

If you are in any doubt about your order, please contact us before committing to the sale, we are more than happy to help.    

Damaged in transit is rare however if it happens we will take FULL responsibility for it. 

For damaged or faulty goods on arrival, we will ask you to send through a photograph of the damage or faulty goods and also identify the product by its manufacturing details - these can be found on the side of the box that it was packaged in.

You MUST contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery if your item has been damaged in transit.
